30. - Components are plain Hybriel (hl:web) components styled with the shared WorldAPI tokens (`shared/tokens.hl`), no app
31. data; an app passes data in and gets events out (e.g. the upload component picks and sends files, the app decides
32. where they are stored).
33. - The existing `<md-editor>` (plain JS, worldapi-components) moves here later as a Hybriel component.
34. - Port 127.0.0.1:45006, container `components.hybriel.worldapi.org`, vhost + cert exist (Byrodin).
