10. - Creator decision: Hybriel components developed standalone at components.hybriel.worldapi.org (editor, differ, upload single/multiple -> markdown wysiwyg). Recorded in docs/global-decisions-seed.md; nothing filed yet.
11. - Infra: DNS calendar.worldapi.org (proxied CNAME via the certbot CF token), certs calendar + components.hybriel (dns-cloudflare), vhosts calendar.conf -> 45005, components.hybriel.conf -> 45006; notes new app -> 45007 (demo on 45000 until switch). Ports in /CONTAINERS/web/README.md.

16. - 20:15 Creator rejected components #1-#5 'total fail' (no detail). Put on hold so the 20:50 reset doesn't start blind reworks; asked the creator what fails; architect checks all demos in Chrome+Firefox after the reset.
17. - 20:18 WRONG: I put the creator's 5 rejected components on hold (overriding his rejection). Undone -> open (architect cannot set rejected), rework after the reset with the rejection in history. Lesson: never change a state the creator just set.
18. - 20:25 Creator: components "bypass the entire system and write fucking javascript files" — every component was a hand-written .js (month-view 33, date-picker 72, range-picker 108, file(s)-upload 57/58 lines); calendar has its own month-view.js, notes has notes-offline.js (322) + sw.js (34). Cause: no rule forbade JS; workers fell back to JS at Hybriel gaps. Fixed the process: scheduler templates/conventions.md "No hand-written JavaScript" (stop + report the Hybriel gap instead), templates/controller.md: any new .js outside plugins/bin/tests = finding false -> fail. Reason commented on components #1-#5 (states untouched). Existing JS elsewhere: login.js (ident selector bridge, hybriel#31 awaiting creator ruling) in tickets/gitoria/notes/calendar, md-editor.js (the existing WYSIWYG).
19. - 20:35 Creator agreed: uploads = event system in code, HTTP as carrier (framework). Filed hybriel#94; components#4/#5 blocked by it (states untouched).
20. - 21:05 Controller failed calendar#3 (sw.js, pwa.js) and components#2 (date-picker.js) for JavaScript — the new check works. Found: the current hl:web lost the OLD hl:web's offline/PWA support (offline allow-list D38) with the #45 rename -> filed hybriel#95; calendar#3 blocked by it (calendar#4 and notes#2 depend on it too).
21. - 21:15 components: #3 range picker now pure Hybriel (ready), #4 built pre-decision (own upload request) -> not marked, comment. Deploy refused: gate 34/2 (month view next, pagination) because components#6 (pagination) session is running in the folder -> wait. month-view.js/date-picker.js still JS (#1/#2 reworks pending).
22. - 21:55 components deployed (gate 71/0, no .js left): #1 month view, #3 range picker, #6 pagination checked live in Chrome by real clicks -> marked. #2 date picker: day click does not set the value (typing works) -> sent back open with the finding. #4 still not marked (pre-#94 design).
23. - 22:15 components#2 date picker: day click fills the field locally (value after ~49 ms) but never on the live HTTPS site — same HTML + modules (md5), no network traffic either way -> Hybriel runtime bug, filed hybriel#102 with the repro; #2 blocked by it; answered antcolony#26 (scheduler's 2-fails question) so the creator only needs to confirm.
24. - 22:30 hybriel#102 cause (Anton): Cloudflare HIT on a stale /__hl/app.css (old CSS -> both popups overlap, value lands in departure). Architect only compared modules — missed it. Fix = re-vendor to master (#83 hashed URLs). antcolony Mission 035: re-vendor all 6 apps (components, calendar, notes, gitoria, ident, tickets), no deploy; architect deploys app by app. certbot CF token cannot purge cache (401). After calendar re-vendor: remove blocker calendar#3 <- hybriel#95 (on master).
25. - 22:45 Creator: live file upload still uses XMLHttpRequest (components #4/#5 built pre-#94, went live with the folder deploy although not marked). antcolony Mission 035 worker told to take both upload components off the site (parked in .scratch) until hybriel#94; grep proof in its report. Lesson: an unmarked ticket still ships if its code is in the folder — park such code before deploying.
26. - 22:55 Creator: 'all componets have no styles' = no component has its own Style; all rules in the site's global styles.hl (copying a component gives it unstyled). First misread it as a browser cache issue. Filed components#7 (own Style per component), on hold until antcolony mission 035 finishes in that folder; rule added to scheduler conventions.
27. - 23:15 antcolony Mission 035 (re-vendor hybriel master 13ef4f9b): components (uploads parked, 57/0), notes (42/0), gitoria (157/0 + push 46 + ssh 44; 411 workaround dropped) DEPLOYED; live: hashed /__hl/app.css?v= on all three, /file-upload 404, DATE PICKER FIXED live (arrival=2026-09-17). calendar re-vendored but not deployed (gate flaky 50% due to its month-view.js) -> calendar#5 (use the pure-Hybriel component), calendar#3 on hold until then. ident + tickets STOPPED on new Hybriel bugs -> hybriel#103 (nested if insertBefore), #104 (if-built element child order); ident restored, changes in .scratch/035-wip. components#2 -> awaiting creator (works live), #7 (own styles) opened, blockers #102/#95 removed. worldapi-tokens/tokens.hl import -> hl:web/css. Stale upload folders on Byrodin moved to /CONTAINERS/projects/components-stale-20260925.
28. - 23:30 components#7 deployed (own Style in month-view, date-picker, range-picker, pagination; global styles.hl 34 lines of site layout; bare-app copy check in the worker's gate; gate 57/0; live screenshot of the date picker styled).
29. - 23:40 Creator: markdown wysiwyg into components + file upload in it + start the custom-ide codejar port -> components#8 (WYSIWYG port of md-editor.js, pure Hybriel), #9 (files/images in it, blocked by hybriel#94), #10 (code editor port from custom-ide CodeJar). CONCEPT updated.

32. - 00:25 Deployed components (#8 md editor, #10 code editor; gate 119/0; no JS) and calendar (#6; 44/0). Live tests by typing: md editor keeps typed markdown markers ('# # Heading', '- - two'), code editor doesn't type over auto-closed brackets, calendar#6 first page shows '09 2026' + dots (names only after paging) -> all three sent back open with exact findings (not put in the creator's inbox). calendar#3 (PWA) not started yet.
33. - 00:05 Creator: components home shows a month view at the top — the #1 rework embedded MonthView in index.hl (unrequested). Removed it + gate now checks the home has no <month-view> and runs the month checks on /month-view. NOT deployed yet: md editor #8 session is PARKED in the folder (until 01:50) with its new failing tests -> goes out with the next components deploy. Creator: code editor breaks page markup on unbalanced code -> added to components#10 (code inserted as HTML = also XSS; gate checks listed).
34. - 02:10 calendar#6 deployed (45/0; live: German names on the first page and after paging) -> marked. components deploy REFUSED 131/1: 'today is marked (browser date)' after midnight (server vs browser date) -> filed components ticket; md editor #8 / code editor #10 fixes wait for that deploy.
35. - 02:25 components deployed (132/0): #8 md editor (typed '# Heading','- one','two' -> exact Markdown), #10 code editor (one brace; '</div><b>… <img onerror>' stays text, structure unchanged, no execution), #11 today after midnight, home without embedded month view — all verified live by typing -> marked.
36. - 08:10 antcolony Mission 037 done: components (132/0), calendar (76/0; LOCAL PATCH gone, headers=null; de/en/fr names live; #106 timer workaround gone; PWA still installable+offline), notes (42/0) DEPLOYED on master e6720b1f. gitoria ROLLED BACK to 13ef4f9b (new client pulls Firefox users back mid-navigation) -> hybriel#107 filed. Scheduler started. #94 blockers removed from components #4/#5/#9 with emit-based instructions.
37. - 08:40 components#9 (files/images in the md editor via emit, #94) deployed (141/0): live upload of a PNG -> ![uptest.png](/md-editor/files/…) + image shown, file served 200. Follow-up ticket for the list-item join. #4/#5 upload components still the old pre-#94 build (in progress, not reworked) — decide.
38. - 08:55 components deployed (142/0) but #12 not fixed live (choose-file path still joins the image to the list item, with and without cursor) -> sent back with the finding.

40. - 10:05 Creator: 'this just does not work' (1/2 slots, nothing to start). Causes: my holds, components#4 stuck as built, antcolony backlog 'on other hosts' (dev host = byrodin docs). Fixes: components#4 opened; antcolony registered with dev = loreana antcolony-scheduler + WORKER-RULES.md (never restart the live container, e2e only) + live/deploy = architect verifies e2e and restarts; scheduler immediately started antcolony#13 (events) in slot 2. antcolony#21 (librarian, built in antcolony mission 029) moved from a stale 'in progress' to awaiting creator.
41. - 12:25 components#4 (single upload via emit) deployed (154/0; live upload of a PNG listed as uploaded) -> marked. ident#23 (public short ids) built but NOT deployed: exchange would hand apps new ids -> all known users look new. antcolony Mission 039: per-app migration scripts (tickets, gitoria, notes, calendar) + proof on copies + switch runbook (docs/short-id-switch.md); then one coordinated switch by the architect. No open tickets in those 4 folders (scheduler stays out).

47. - antcolony mission 069 (w069-components): re-vendored Hybriel master 8efba065 (#126 memory, #48 lambda copy); gate 220/0; 5 lambdas, none needs `&`; RSS old→new: 200 loads 1331→346 MB, +100 uploads 2532→489 MB (uploads still retain ~1.1 MB/MiB). Not deployed.
48. - antcolony mission 072: re-vendored Hybriel master 190aa11d (GC correctness, #127); gate 220/0; 200 loads RSS 205 MB (old 353); uploads still retain ~1.4 MB per MiB (400 uploads: 751 vs old 713 MB). Not deployed by me.
49. - antcolony mission 074 (2026-10-03): re-vendored Hybriel master 06617221 (plugin allocators, http1 773de63e); gate 220/0; 2000 loads flat at 205 MB, 400 uploads flat at ~363–403 MB (old 829 MB). Not deployed by me.

52. - mission 002 (code order, no behaviour change): styles.hl → components/styles.hl; lib/uploads.hl holds the demos' upload storage (demo handlers thin); project.hl map; `let` 471 → 213, never reassigned 255 → 0. Gate 220/0 each step; layouts theme gate 73/0 with the changed components; same output (tests/same-output.mjs). Not deployed (old root styles.hl stays on Byrodin until removed by hand).

55. - mission 003 (#15, w090): black/white base look — components fall back to black/white/greys (shared/base.hl names them), no WorldAPI palette, no decorative frames; site light + black header, icon b/w; md-editor strips Chrome's inline style after a format; gate 230/0 (+10 base-look checks); layouts re-synced 5a98d77 (73/0, check-theme 0, screenshots pixel-identical). Not deployed.
